For customer self-serve WineEmotion Pro series dispensers, standalone (no POS or card-system integration).

Please complete this form at least 15 days prior to your desired installation date. All pre-installation requirements must be 100% complete before our technician arrives. Submitted responses go directly to our installation team at service@bevteks.com.

Pro-tip: we suggest scheduling your installation no more than one week before your grand opening. This allows us to load the system with wine and provide technical support during your first days of operation.

I understand that canceling or rescheduling a confirmed date is subject to forfeiture of installation fees and travel costs

Site Readiness Checklist Structural & Power Requirements

Cabinetry or shelving is constructed and in place

Proper ventilation is provided per the dispenser model specifications

Dedicated 110V outlets are available for each WineEmotion unit

Someone will be available on-site to assist the technician in lifting the equipment into place

Site Readiness Checklist Gas, Network & Connectivity

Argon or Nitrogen gas (99.99% food grade) is on-site (2 tanks recommended)

Gas piping is run from the source to each dispenser location (with 5 feet extra)

CAT5/6 cables are run to each location with active jacks or terminals

Internet connection is active and router passwords are available

PC with Windows 10/11 Professional is on-site and connected to the network
