Pro-tip: we suggest scheduling your installation no more than one week before your grand opening. This allows us to load the system with wine and provide technical support during your first days of operation.

Site Readiness Checklist Structural & Power Requirements

Cabinetry or shelving is constructed and in place
Proper ventilation is provided per the dispenser model specifications
Dedicated 110V outlets are available for each WineEmotion unit
Someone will be available on-site to assist the technician in lifting the equipment into place

Site Readiness Checklist Gas & Connectivity

Argon or Nitrogen gas (99.99% food grade) is on-site (2 tanks recommended)
Gas piping is run from the source to each dispenser location (with 5 feet extra)

Site Readiness Checklist Training

A staff representative will be available on the requested date for system training

Please note: if any of the pre-installation requirements above are not completed by the installation date, the buyer is subject to any and all additional installation fees, including but not limited to:

Costs of rescheduling installation and training, including associated travel fees
Costs of extended installation and training, including associated travel fees
Rush installation fee (if rescheduling with less than 15 days' notice)
Additional labor fees for work performed out of the scope of installation (e.g. running gas piping, CAT5 cables, electrical work)
